Service Description
Looking after your pet comes with a huge responsibility, one that even the most experienced pet owners may find themselves unprepared for if they found themselves facing an accident or emergency. With our pet first aid course, you will learn all of the essential care techniques for many scenarios where urgent care is required, such as: - The vet and your role in first aid - Pet Safety in an emergency - How pets show pain - Shock/Broken bones/ Spinal injury and moving an injured pet - Bleeding/Dressing and bandages/Paw problems - Illnesses/ Poisoning, bites, stings/Temperature related problems - Seizures and epilepsy - Summary of Pet first Aid - Pet First Aid kits 3 hours of CPD and a certificate valid for 3 years for just £60
Cancellation Policy
By making a payment, you agree to the following terms: - Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel a course booking, you must provide at least 14 days' notice to allow us to offer the spot to another participant. Course bookings are non-transferable. - Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend or complete your first aid course, no refunds or discounts will be provided. - Non-Transferable Booking: Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be transferred to another course or participant, nor will refunds be issued. Running a course with insufficient participants is not viable, and we appreciate your understanding. No exceptions apply. - Course Cancellation by Us: On rare occasions, courses may be cancelled due to insufficient bookings. While we strive to avoid this, it may be necessary if participant numbers are too low. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. A rescheduled date will be offered. If the new date is unacceptable, you must notify us within 7 days of being informed. If no alternative date can be agreed upon, you will be entitled to a refund of the course fees. - Travel and Accommodation: We cannot be held responsible for travel or accommodation expenses incurred before a course is confirmed. - Included Fees: Course fees cover tuition, course materials (eBooks or resource files), and certification fees, where applicable. Refreshments during breaks are also included. All other costs, such as travel and accommodation, are the responsibility of the participant. - Course Suitability: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure the course meets their needs. While we are happy to provide advice, we accept no liability if the course content does not fulfill individual requirements. - Venue Changes: We reserve the right to change the advertised course venue. - Right to Decline Applications: We reserve the right to decline any application to join a course. - Health and Safety Compliance: All participants must adhere to our policies regarding health and safety, security, conduct, and other relevant regulations. - Payment Terms: The total course fee must be paid in advance. Payments are non-refundable. - Inability to Attend or Complete: No refunds will be issued if a participant cannot attend or complete the course. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
