PET FIRST AID FOR PROFESSIONALS LEVEL 3 (VTQ)
- Classroom Blended Part 2
£65
This course is the practical day for those who have completed the online part and now wish to complete a practical one day face to face course to practice the skills they have learnt.
Pet First Aid for Pet Professionals Level 3 (VTQ) covers much more details about the different injuries and illnesses that can affect dogs and cats. The course has been designed to give the pet professional much more information in order to be able to detect early when something is wrong and give the appropriate care. It is aimed to meet the level 3 pet first aid requirements for pet professionals laid down by the latest government and council guidance.
The course also covers the anatomy and physiology of animals and different first aid treatments that are available. Although the treatment is basically the same between dogs and cats, the advanced course has a dedicated section to cats.
As a blended course - Blended training is where you complete the online module (6 hours) and a practical module (approx 6 hours) locally with an approved instructor where you also cover practical subjects to gain the full qualification certificate.
This qualification is also available with an Endorsed Certificate from TQUK, for an extra charge if required.
This is the classroom-only part 2 of a 2-part blended course. Before taking this course, you MUST complete the online course.
